Our organization is trying get an idea as to what type of statistical data other organizations in the banking industry typically track or report relative to payment products. This would relate to all aspects of our payment business, wires, ACH, item processing, lock box, account recon and cash vault.
We want to identify those performance metrics that would be important to our customers as they evaluate us against our peers in terms of all of our payment processing services, in addition to identifying the specific metrics, we want to learn if there are current benchmarks associated with the metrics, that our peers strive for.
I would appreciate any input from anyone with experience in this realm.
